  • 1.将猪皮放盆里泡软

  • 5.再次将猪皮放进锅里煮,放上姜,花椒,八角去腥
  • 6.煮好后捞出再刮一遍,没有一点油就刮好了
  • 7.将刮好的猪皮切成细丝,越细越好
  • 8.切好后放电压力锅中煮上一个多小时
  • 9.煮好后,盛出放凉,在冰箱放一晚上就可以
  • 10.取出后切块即可食用
  • 11.浇上调料汁就可以了
