天虽然早晚凉了,但白天还是艳阳高照;虽然秋天的脚步愈发近了,但我还想抓住夏天的小尾巴,做几根纯果汁的冰棍吧,这样中午的时候还能凉快一下。
只用水果,不用加水不用加奶也不用加糖,纯天然果汁,吃起来好爽。小小的模具还能套在手指上。如果手指细,套在无名指上,是不是还可以冒充一下是“鸵鸟蛋”的大戒指呵!

Steps to make 葡萄蜜瓜冰棍

  • 1.1.哈密瓜、葡萄清洗干净,冰棍模具冲洗干净;
  • 2.2.葡萄尽量选无籽的,入料理杯中;
  • 3.3.用料理棒打成细细的葡萄汁,只需10几秒就能完成;
  • 4.4.想要细腻的口感就过筛,如果不那么讲究就连皮一起直接倒入冰棍模具中,只倒半杯即可;
  • 5.5.哈密瓜去皮去籽切丁,入料理杯中;
  • 6.6.打成哈密瓜汁;
  • 7.7.将哈密瓜汁缓缓倒入冰棍模具中,如果想要分层明显,可以准备一只小卵子,将果汁倒在勺背上,这样就能比较均匀地布在葡萄汁表面而不会混合了;
  • 8.8.将盖子也是手柄盖紧,送入冰箱冷冻至凝固。
  • 9.模具放在凉水下一冲,就能顺利脱模
