牛奶红豆面包
红豆,不是蜜红豆。蜜红豆早就没有了,不想置,也不愿做,因为那东西太甜。然而,这款面包却偏偏用到蜜红豆。其实,蜜红豆也可以变成葡萄干,蔓越莓,核桃仁,芝麻,花生。。。。什么都可以。只是,那就不能叫牛奶红豆面包了。
依然可以叫红豆面包,但不是用蜜红豆。而至是将红豆煮到酥而不烂,米有糖的甜味,只有红豆原本的味道。在面包机哔哔声响后投入,然后静等这不甜的红豆面包出炉。竟然。。。。爆了头?
虽然,面包机有着不同的面包程序,但一直没当回事,总以为面包机的面包都差不了多少。然而,这一次,和风程序的牛奶红豆面包一入口,就感觉到与先前的欧式面包程序出来的面包有着明显的不同。牛奶红豆面包,明显比先前的面包要柔软滋润许多。终于明白,原来,那些不同程序的名称,都不仅仅是个名称而已。

  • 高筋粉220克
  • 干酵母1/2小勺
  • 酥红豆1/5杯

  • 1.用料
  • 2.将牛奶,鸡蛋倒入面包桶
  • 3.加入黄油,盐,糖
  • 4.倒入面粉,在表面刨坑
  • 5.填入酵母
  • 6.将面包桶放入面包机,卡紧
  • 7.选择菜单2,和风面包程序
  • 8.分别设定低重量,深烧色
  • 9.启动
  • 10.当面包机提示音响起,倒入红豆
  • 11.面包机进入发酵后期,即将进行烘烤时,表面刷蛋液
  • 12.烘烤程序结束,揭盖
  • 13.取出面包桶
  • 14.倒出面包,晾凉
  • 15.取出搅拌叶片
  • 16.切片食用
