当情人节遇上 元宵节,甜甜蜜蜜的汤圆也有了充分的表现空间。今天 为家人做一款充满浪漫味道的玫瑰汤圆,用了大量的自己做的玫瑰酱,玫瑰的香味非常浓郁,并用了粉红色的面皮,让汤圆从味道到颜色都富有浪漫气息,还有用面团做的各种心形图案,哈哈,尽管年纪一把,但浪漫起来是不是也青春气息很浓哩,哈哈!

  • 2.团成球。
  • 3.取适量的山楂酱
  • 4.加开水调和成水
  • 5.加入糯米粉中和成粉色的面团,盖上保鲜膜饧1小时左右
  • 6.面团压扁,包入馅料
  • 7.还可以用白色 面团,装饰一个红色的心,然后包入馅料
