简易版驴打滚
光阴太瘦,指缝太宽,抓不住的是时光的流逝。
可还记得那口重重的石磨,冬日里磨豆子做豆腐。夏日里炒了豆子,小麦,大米等等五谷杂粮,磨了粉,拌了糖,就是母亲为我们准备的解馋小吃。可干吃,可泡成面糊,也可以蒸了糯米面团沾了吃。香香甜甜糯糯,吃的满嘴粉末。那都是小时候幸福的记忆了。
如今有破壁机料理机代替了石磨,打粉容易多了,想着在周末也为孩子做个中式小甜点。
只知道方言名字,并不晓得普通话怎么讲,网络上是去寻找它的名字的,却不料居然跟北京名小吃驴打滚相仿,那就叫它“简易版驴打滚”吧!

Steps to make 简易版驴打滚

  • 1.干黄豆洗净沥干,翻炒致表皮裂开,基本就熟了,取出晾凉。
  • 2.放入破壁料理机中。
  • 3.多次用点动功能打磨成豆粉。
  • 4.打磨到自己喜欢的细腻度,倒出备用。
  • 5.糯米粉里加入适量的温水,和成糯米面团
  • 6.分成若干小份,放入蒸锅蒸熟
  • 7.取 一小份放入有少量纯净水的平盆擀成薄片
  • 8.取适量豆粉与绵白糖混合,放入擀好的薄糯米片,两面都沾上豆粉
  • 9.卷起了,切成自己喜欢的大小
