简单寿司是日本人最喜爱的传统食物之一,主要材料是用醋调味过的冷饭(简称醋饭),再加上鱼肉,海鲜,蔬菜或鸡蛋等作配料,其味道鲜美,很受日本民众的喜爱。

Steps to make 家常寿司

  • 1..准备食材米饭一碗黄瓜1根 火腿肠2根、寿司醋、海苔、肉松。
  • 2..米饭趁热倒入寿司醋2勺,加入少许的盐、糖搅拌均匀。取海苔一张铺在寿司帘上,将米饭均匀的铺在海苔上,将黄瓜条、火腿肠、肉松依次码放。
  • 3.由内向外将海苔卷卷起。
  • 4.去掉两头,切成2cm的段。切时快刀,刀口处沾少许水。
  • 5.成品图。
