杂粮馒头卷
对于黑米的喜欢不是一点点,最主要的原因是喜欢它的香味,所以家里还是经常备着这个,煮粥的时候加一点,或者象今天这样磨成面做馒头,也都不错的选择。现在天气发面确实是不错,这次偷懒没有经过二次发酵,一次成型发的馒头,也是因为室温比较高,一个不小心馒头发了有点厉害,站不稳了东倒西歪,表皮还有点粗糙,不过吃口倒是很软。

  • 发酵粉6克
  • 白糖70克
  • 奶粉60克

  • 1.准备好原料
  • 2.除燕麦和黑米粉外其他的原料平均分成两份分别加入燕麦和黑米粉揉成光面团。
  • 3.揉好的面团再分别分成两份。
  • 4.擀成大小差不多发面皮。
  • 5.两色的面皮重叠放好卷起来。
  • 6.切成小剂子。
  • 7.切好的馒头坯子放蒸锅里面发成两倍大左右。
  • 8.上笼蒸熟就可以。
  • 9.香甜有营养的杂粮馒头卷就做好了!
