Steps to make 鲜虾让月

  • 1.将鸡蛋放进电锅蒸熟捞出放入加冰块的凉水中,剥壳,将鸡蛋三七切开。
  • 2.7份部分去掉蛋黄掏空部分蛋白。鲜虾洗净,去头剥壳,虾尾背部切开盘好,加入味粉、糖、生粉、料酒腌制5分钟至虾入味,再将腌好的虾放入鸡蛋中。
  • 3.将鲜蛋浆浇进鸡蛋内
  • 4.放进电锅中,电锅外锅加3分1量杯水,打开开关蒸煮5分钟。
  • 5.放在准备好的青瓜上,淋上泰式辣酱即可。
