Steps to make 木瓜牛奶冻

  • 1.准备好所有原料;
  • 2.木瓜洗净表面,切掉头部,用小勺挖净木瓜籽,备用;
  • 3.称取100g淡奶油和150g牛奶,加入20g糖粉,搅拌均匀,我是把水加进木瓜里面倒出来称了一下水的重量,在235g左右,所以配了250g的牛奶;
  • 4.将吉利丁粉浸泡在适量的凉开水中,溶胀完全后,隔热水溶化,加入牛奶中;
  • 5.盛牛奶的碗放煮锅里,隔水将牛奶煮至80℃左右;
  • 6.取出,稍微晾一下;
  • 7.将牛奶倒入木瓜盅里面;
  • 8.盖上盖子,用牙签固定好后放冰箱中冷藏;
  • 9.冷藏3个小时以上至牛奶凝固,即可取出切片享用啦~
