  • 1.猪肉切小块,姜蒜切片
  • 2.茶树菇洗净,撕小条
  • 3.锅烧开水,下茶树菇焯烫一下,捞出沥干
  • 4.锅放少许油下花肉煎至变色,再放姜蒜瓣继续煎至肉微焦黄
  • 5.再放茶树菇扁炒片刻
  • 6.调入酱油,盐翻炒一会,最后调入鸡精炒匀即可
  • 7.又香又脆的茶树菇做好了
