自制年糕
自从拿上面包机以后,除了用它做过一次蛋糕以外,剩下的都是用来和面团、和面团、和面团......说实话,面包机上有很多功能,都没有试过。这次专门出去买了糯米,泡好以后,剩余的工作都交给面包机,O(∩_∩)O哈哈~就等着吃吧~

  • 糯米150g
  • 清水140g
  • 植物油2ml

Steps to make 自制年糕

  • 1.称取糯米。
  • 2.清洗一遍后,用水泡发。(糯米泡到用手一搓,能碎的状态就行了)
  • 3.糯米倒入面包桶中,加入清水,水量刚刚没过糯米,就差不多了。
  • 4.选择【年糕】程序。
  • 5.这是剩余20多分钟时的状态。
  • 6.程序结束后,用硅胶刀沾少许油,将糯米取出,放凉。
  • 7.放置不烫手的状态,用保鲜膜包住,放到模具中定型。
  • 8.放入冰箱冷藏3小时左右。
  • 9.定型好以后取出,切块儿。
  • 10.O(∩_∩)O哈哈~
  • 11.想吃年糕,随时都可以哦~
