焦糖蛋奶布丁
要我说,布丁其实就是用烤箱烤的鸡蛋羹!
中式的蛋羹我们爱一些生抽、盐之类的调味,西式的改成了砂糖或者各类果酱等等~
其实制作超级简单。家里人吃的时候适当减少一些砂糖的量,相对会更健康~

Steps to make 焦糖蛋奶布丁

  • 1.鸡蛋提前从冰箱拿出备用。
  • 2.最好用不沾油的锅子,小火热锅,加入适量的砂糖。(我习惯稍微加一些水一起熬~)
  • 3.一直小火加工,中间不要搅动。
  • 4.熬制可以闻到焦香味儿,并且糖液变成焦黄色,加入少许热水继续小火熬。
  • 5.趁热把焦糖倒进模具,因为糖液冷却了就会凝固。
  • 6.锅中剩些焦糖液,加入牛奶,搅拌均匀。(如果甜度不够,少加一些炼奶。)
  • 7.鸡蛋轻轻打散。(不要用打蛋器,只要大三就可以。)
  • 8.将与焦糖搅拌均匀的牛奶慢慢地与鸡蛋液融合,轻轻的搅拌均匀并反复过几次筛,去除气泡和没有完全打散的鸡蛋液~
  • 9.鸡蛋液倒进模具,放进160度预热好的烤箱,水浴法40分钟即可。
  • 10.冬天趁热吃是不错的选择,至于夏天,试试冷藏吧~~
