  • 7.烤箱提前预热,上下火180度,烘烤20分钟。出炉放凉备用。
  • 8.把剩下的泡芙面糊,装进小裱花袋,在油纸上挤出2形的面糊。
  • 9.烤箱提前预热,上下火180,烘烤5分钟,放凉备用。
  • 10.淡奶油加入糖粉,用电动打蛋器打发至干性状态。
  • 11.把水滴泡芙从中间对剪,再将圆形泡芙剪掉底部。
  • 12.底部挤上奶油,然后装上两瓣翅膀。
  • 13.最后,把颈部插入前端,用巧克力酱点缀眼睛即可。
