空气炸锅版烤羊排
空气炸锅的使用率不是很高,因为不常用所以就更想不起来它了。
昨天从冰箱里找出一包羊排打算要把它做成一道美餐,想一想怎么做才好那,因为不常吃羊肉所以想来想去决定烧烤吧,不用电烤炉、也不用烤箱,就用那台空气炸锅吧,于是把空气炸锅找出来成就了这个“烤羊排”。我的首次也就是‘烤羊排“诞生了。
由于不经常做这类的美食,烤的颜色有点、、、、、但是味道是相当的好吃

  • 香菜30g
  • 土豆一个
  • 大杏仁30g
  • 彩椒两个
  • 油麦菜一个
  • 洋葱一个
  • 圣女果干20g
  • 排骨酱一勺
  • 柱候酱一勺
  • 白糖30g

Steps to make 空气炸锅版烤羊排

  • 1.冷冻羊排取出解冻。(用了一半)
  • 2.羊排用刀分割开
  • 3.全部材料备好、彩椒、洋葱、大葱、土豆、大杏仁、圣女果干、油麦菜芯、香菜、蒜。
  • 4.调味品玉米淀粉、高度白酒、排骨酱、柱候酱、白糖
  • 5.蒜切粒
  • 6.所有青菜除彩椒、油麦菜外都切成碎粒。
  • 7.平锅里放入油下入蒜粒煸香,把蒜粒煸炒成金黄色取出待用。
  • 8.取一玻璃碗将f辅助材料放入碗中,同时将排骨酱、柱候酱等调味品也放到碗中
  • 9.然后把羊排放到碗中拌匀入味。找一保鲜袋把步骤10的食物倒入袋里在用手轻轻的揉搓帮助入味。在放入冰箱冷藏室一晚上。
  • 10.彩椒切花刀,杏仁切碎、圣女果切碎。做盘式用。
  • 11.空气炸预热160°、5分钟。
  • 12.腌制的羊排取出,去掉腌制的材料,在羊排上涂抹薄薄的一层植物油。
  • 13.再把羊排放到烤蓝里。
  • 14.空气炸锅160°,定时15分钟,中间取出一次翻个。如果烤得不到火候在适量的增加几分钟。
  • 15.烤好的羊排在上面在撒上孜然,取出排盘就可以了。
