    Steps to make 蛋酥糍粑

    • 1.把糯米洗净充分泡发(我泡了5个小时) 沥干上笼蒸熟。
    • 2.蒸好的糯米饭(不要太稀了)。
    • 3.用擀面杖揣打或用手揉搓成团状(用水把手或擀面杖打湿就不会沾了)。
    • 4.把揣好的糯米饭平铺在浅口方盘里压紧,放入冰箱冰冻(也可以自然冷却)。
    • 5.把冰好糯米的拿出切块(如果冰的时间太长可以等稍微回温后在切)。
    • 6.把鸡蛋打成蛋液 把糍粑裹上薄薄的蛋液。
    • 7.油烧5成热放入糍粑炸。
    • 8.炸至表面金黄。
    • 9.炸好的糍粑装盘。
    • 10.事先准备好的熟黄豆粉和白糖混合拌匀。
    • 11.把糖粉撒在糍粑上。
    • 12.拌均匀 也可不拌 自己沾着糖粉吃。
