Steps to make 黑芝面包圈

  • 1.将面包材料(除黑芝麻馅外)全部放入面包机里,按照先液体,再盐与糖对角放,最后放粉类,中间放酵母,和面至扩展阶段,
  • 2.一发至原来2倍大,
  • 3.取出排气,分成10份,一份大约57克左右,滚圆静置15分钟,
  • 4.取一个面团擀圆,中间包入适量黑芝麻馅
  • 5.用擀面杖擀成牛舌状,
  • 6.用刀在中间均匀地切出条纹,四周不要切开,
  • 7.从一端慢慢卷起,卷成长条状,再把两头弯到一起,形成一个圆圈,接口处捏紧,
  • 8.烤盘上铺上油纸,将整好形的面包放在上面,
  • 9.二发至原来2倍大,表面刷全蛋液
  • 10.烤箱预热,上下火,中层,170度,烤35分钟左右。
