今天侄女来我家玩,做了这款鸳鸯火锅。鸳鸯火锅是红油火锅同清汤火锅为一体的火锅,特别适合我家的口味,因为某人不吃辣,而我又不辣不欢,侄女和我一样也喜欢吃辣火锅,我家孩子两款都可以接受。哈哈,,,, 个吃个的,互不干涉。。。对了,孩子大爷送来了紫皮土豆,切片加入辣锅里煮特别好吃,辣辣的,,,绵绵的。。

    Steps to make 鸳鸯火锅

    • 1.准备好麻椒 辣椒 郫县辣酱。
    • 2.葱切段,姜切片。
    • 3.起锅,加入油,下入郫县辣酱煸炒。
    • 4.炒出红油后加入辣椒 麻椒炒香。
    • 5.加入高汤烧开。
    • 6.倒入鸳鸯锅的一边,另一边加入清水 葱姜。放在电磁炉上。
    • 7.把生菜洗净,撕成块。
    • 8.将鸭血切成条块。
    • 9.准备好鱼丸。
    • 10.香菜洗净,切成段。
    • 11.萝卜去皮切成片。
    • 12.土豆去皮,切成片。
    • 13.将芝麻酱 腐乳 韭菜花 生抽 料酒 白胡椒 麻油调制成小料。
    • 14.准备好羊肉片。
    • 15.将喜欢的食材放入鸳鸯锅中涮食即可。
