  • 11.适量郫县豆瓣酱,适量火锅底料。
  • 12.炒出红油。
  • 13.排骨捞入。
  • 14.翻炒均匀。
  • 15.适量盐,生抽,一点点老抽。
  • 16.翻炒几下。
  • 17.倒入一瓶啤酒,适量排骨清汤,汤适量宽些,用来拌粉下面味道都非常好。
  • 18.适量十三香调味。
  • 19.大火烧开。
  • 20.中小火炖15~20分钟即可。
