荠菜拌花菇
野地里挖了荠菜,在我妈家吃了一顿,荠菜没有吃完,妈妈打包给我带回来了。

第二天早上,我配着花菇凉拌了,另一种鲜美!

材料:焯水后的荠菜 花菇 小葱 姜

调料:盐 生抽 糖 芝麻油 辣椒油

    • 1.材料图。
    • 2.因为焯过水的荠菜在冰箱里保存,吃之前再快速焯一道水。
    • 3.花菇切片。
    • 4.下锅焯水煮熟。
    • 5.5、挤去水份。
    • 6.荠菜和花菇均切碎,小葱和姜依自己的喜欢添加,我加了小量。
    • 7.将盐糖芝麻油生抽兑成汁,跟菜碎拌均匀。
    • 8.做成菜蹲,浇上辣椒油。这个要借助模具或者可能代替模具的东西操作,实在造不了形也不影响它的美味,直接上桌吧。。
