【日本】荷花稻禾寿司
日本的稻荷神是狐狸,也就是我们中国北方传说的狐仙,也称为大仙, 日本料理中有一种豆皮寿司,味道酸酸甜甜的,掺了醋和白糖做的,叫做「稻荷寿司」,因为据说狐狸很喜欢吃油豆腐皮,以稻荷为名,取其丰收之意,吃了稻荷寿司会有好运的说法,也就不胫而走。
一直想做一次稻荷寿司,但是甜豆皮平时不好买,偶然在超市看到就买了回来,但也只买到三角形的甜豆皮,后来发现三角形的豆皮装了米饭和蟹籽后很像荷花的花瓣,刚好新年到了,为了讨个好彩头于是就做了荷花的造型,里面装满马苏里拉奶酪炒米,上面铺上蟹籽,甜甜的豆皮香香的炒饭和满口爆浆的蟹籽,搭配在一起真的是十分美味,新年的餐桌摆上一盘这样的稻荷寿司绝对好吃到停不下来,很适合全家一起食用,寓意连年有鱼,好运连连,荷(合)家欢乐,荷荷(合合)美美。
吃不完的寿司可以二次上锅加热,蟹籽蒸熟后会变成粉粉的颜色,但是吃起来口感没有太大变化,如果对海鲜过敏的孩子就不要选择蟹籽了,可以放上一层樱花粉或者用苋菜汁、草莓炒米饭,这样米饭就会变成粉粉嫩嫩的颜色十分漂亮,当然也可以发挥想象力用胡萝卜汁、番茄汁、紫甘蓝汁、紫薯等变成各种颜色的炒米饭。

Steps to make 【日本】荷花稻禾寿司

  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.炒锅放油加热后放入什锦菜中火翻炒片刻。
  • 3.倒入米饭翻炒均匀。
  • 4.加入马苏里拉奶酪炒至融化。
  • 5.加入少许食盐翻炒均匀出锅。
  • 6.将豆皮的尖角向内折,变成小船的形状就可以放稳了。
  • 7.从炒好的米饭里取出几个青豆留下备用,把炒米填入豆皮中,上面用勺子均匀盖上一层蟹籽。
  • 8.奇异果去皮后切掉一半,上面镶嵌上几颗青豆做莲蓬。
  • 9.做好的稻荷寿司摆成荷花形状。
  • 10.最后中间放上莲蓬即可。
