自制汉堡胚
汉堡胚,可以直接吃,也可以做好了,再DIY制些肉饼,剪个鸡蛋夹起来吃。也不错!

  • 奶粉10克
  • 色拉油5克
  • 干酵母3克
  • 1克
  • 白糖30克

Steps to make 自制汉堡胚

  • 1.准备所要用到的材料
  • 2.面团液体部分混合,放进面包内桶
  • 3.加入面粉用筷子搅拌几下
  • 4.安装回面包机上选择和面功能进行和面。
  • 5.和面结束检查面团是否完全拓展,撕一块试手套膜是否完整,,进行发酵,接下来交给时间,大概发酵40分钟
  • 6.发酵完后,拿出来排气,
  • 7.分成小剂子,盖上保鲜膜松弛10分钟
  • 8.一个一个滚圆,尽量滚得表面光滑些,
  • 9.放进纸托
  • 10.全部面团滚好装进纸托进行二次发酵,可以利用烤箱温水发酵30分钟
  • 11.二次发酵完,拿出来刷蛋液,撒上熟芝麻
  • 12.烤箱预热上火160度,下火140度烤15分钟
  • 13.出炉
