法式杏仁酥饼

  • 淡奶油70克
  • 蜂蜜30克
  • 杏仁片100克

Steps to make 法式杏仁酥饼

  • 1.材料备齐,黄油软化。
  • 2.饼底制作:黄油加入糖粉拌匀后用电动打蛋器打发到膨胀发白状态。
  • 3.加入蛋黄,香草精拌匀。
  • 4.加入过筛的低分拌匀。揉成团后包保鲜膜,冷藏30分钟。
  • 5.冷藏好的面团擀成薄片装,铺在学厨9055金盘中。表面用叉子戳出孔。
  • 6.长帝蒸烤箱中层180度,烘烤15分钟。
  • 7.杏仁酱做法:除了杏仁片外所有材料放入奶锅中,
  • 8.煮到110度。
  • 9.铺在烤好的饼底上,继续180度烘烤20分钟,表面成黄褐色即可。
  • 10.出炉后放凉到手拿可以忍受的温度再切割,不要放到冷却后切,会碎掉。
