南瓜豆沙包
给小朋友换个花样,蒸了南瓜豆沙包,冻在冰箱里,吃的时候就方便多了

Steps to make 南瓜豆沙包

  • 1.南瓜切片放入微波炉,高火8分钟,取出用勺子碾成泥状
  • 2.加入面粉250克、酵母3克、白糖20克和适量温水和成面团(不要太软,以免不好成型)饧发至1.5倍大
  • 3.普通面粉50克加红曲粉1克、酵母1克、水适量合成面团饧发至1.5倍大
  • 4.发好的南瓜面团取出揉匀搓成条,然后切成大小一致的剂子(每个大约55克)
  • 5.擀成四边薄、中间厚的圆片,加入适量豆馅
  • 6.用虎口慢慢封口,然后接口向下,搓成圆形,稍微压扁
  • 7.用刮板或是刀背均匀分成八份(也就是要压4道印)
  • 8.在南瓜包的顶部用筷子头压出一个小坑
  • 9.取适量红色面团(约3-4克)搓成小条
  • 10.插在南瓜的顶部(稍微沾点水)
  • 11.全部完成,二次发酵至1.5倍大
  • 12.锅内加凉水,中火烧至开,上汽后15分钟关火,不要开盖2-3分钟后取出即可
