清蒸大闸蟹
秋风起,又到了吃大闸蟹的季节!
螃蟹具有舒筋益气、理胃消食、通经络、散诸热、散瘀血之功效。蟹肉味咸性寒,有清热、化瘀、滋阴之功,可治疗跌打损伤、筋伤骨折、过敏性皮炎。蟹壳煅灰,调以蜂蜜,外敷可治黄蜂蜇伤或其他无名肿毒。蟹肉也是儿童天然滋补品,经常食用可以补充优质蛋白和各种微量元素。
大闸蟹,最经典的做法就是清蒸,原汁原味!

Steps to make 清蒸大闸蟹

  • 1.准备好大闸蟹
  • 2.把大闸蟹用刷子刷洗干净
  • 3.生姜切薄片
  • 4.锅里放水,放入姜片,加一点料酒和一点油
  • 5.放蒸屉,将大闸蟹腹部朝上放在蒸屉上
  • 6.生姜先切薄片
  • 7.然后切成细丝
  • 8.将切好的姜丝放在味碟中
  • 9.放入一勺生抽
  • 10.放入两勺香醋,搅拌好即可
  • 11.大闸蟹大火蒸5分钟,转中火10分钟
  • 12.除去绳子,装盘
