Steps to make 腌萝卜

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.萝卜洗净去掉二头,切成小薄片备用。
  • 3.将切好的萝卜片放入大盆中,加八克盐和一汤匙白糖,搅拌均匀腌十五分钟。
  • 4.腌制的时候,可以在大盆一侧垫上一根筷子,让盆子一头高一头低,把萝卜推向高一边,这样腌的过程中,有水出来就会流到另一边了。
  • 5.保鲜盒中放入辣椒段和姜片,加二汤匙生抽、四汤匙香醋和三汤匙白糖,搅拌均匀备用。
  • 6.将腌好的萝卜片放入料汁中,盖上密封盖,放冰箱冷藏12小时就可以了。
  • 7.美味的腌萝卜就做好了,腌萝卜一定要用密封盒,这样腌出来的萝卜味道更加香脆,而且不容易坏。
