咖喱米饭炒馍花
以前吃过台湾版的咖喱炒饭,感觉很好吃,回家加以改良。家里正好有昨天的馒头,我切成小丁一起炒,感觉也不错啦。小时候经常吃炒馍花,又有了小时候的回忆。

  • 咖喱粉4克
  • 彩椒20克
  • 大葱3克
  • 3克
  • 2克
  • 鸡精2克

Steps to make 咖喱米饭炒馍花

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.米饭煮好备用。
  • 3.将彩椒分别切丁备用。
  • 4.将大葱切末。
  • 5.馒头切成小丁。
  • 6.盛出一碗米饭加入两个鸡蛋黄、咖喱粉。
  • 7.将米饭搅拌均匀备用。
  • 8.切好的馍花装入大碗中,将2个鸡蛋清加入搅拌均匀。
  • 9.炒锅中加油,烧至油温7成热。
  • 10.将拌好的馍花下入,炸至金黄。
  • 11.捞出馍花备用。
  • 12.另起锅加底油,将拌好的米饭下入迅速用铲子不断翻炒。
  • 13.米饭翻炒至可以看见饭粒在铁锅里蹦跶了加入馍花继续翻炒。
  • 14.出锅前加入彩椒粒、盐、香葱翻炒均匀即可。
