蚝油蒜蓉生菜

Steps to make 蚝油蒜蓉生菜

  • 1.准备一个圆生菜。
  • 2.撕成大一点的片用清水洗干净。
  • 3.大蒜切成蒜泥,准备半碗水淀粉。
  • 4.锅中烧水,水开里面加少许盐和两滴油将生菜放进去焯水5秒中捞出装盘。
  • 5.锅中烧油,将蒜泥和少许红干椒刚放进去炒出香味。
  • 6.里面加蚝油,翻炒均匀。
  • 7.水淀粉倒进去。
  • 8.汤汁浓稠关火,将料汁淋在生菜上面。
