虾米烧冬瓜
冬瓜,瓜形状如枕,又叫枕瓜,盛产于夏季。为什么夏季所产的瓜,却取名为冬瓜呢?因为瓜熟之际,表面上有一层白粉状的东西,就好像是冬天所结的白霜,也是这个原因,冬瓜又称白瓜。冬瓜含有较高的维C等营养物质,性寒味甘,不仅可以清热生津,解暑除烦,而且还可以利尿和减肥哦!虾米的鲜咸,让这道冬瓜菜在口感上更加丰富,葱白先用小火慢煸,使其香味溢出,制成葱油,虾米和葱油来烧制,让冬瓜在口感上不那么寡淡,但却又不会宣兵夺主,喜欢冬瓜的筒子们,还等什么呢?赶紧做起来吧……

  • 葱白15g
  • 葱绿15g
  • 绍兴酒1大匙
  • 1/2茶匙
  • 香油1/2茶匙
  • 鸡粉1/4茶匙

Steps to make 虾米烧冬瓜

  • 1.冬瓜去皮去瓤,切成约5mm的厚片,洗净沥干水分备用;葱白切段,再对半切开;葱绿切段,虾米用清水浸泡一小会儿捞出沥干水分
  • 2.锅中倒入适量油烧热,然后放入葱白用小火慢煸
  • 3.葱白煸至微焦,将葱白捞出不用
  • 4.转大火,放入冬瓜块煸炒一小会儿
  • 5.加入虾米,翻炒均匀
  • 6.烹入绍兴酒,加入盐、葱绿段翻炒至冬瓜约九成熟
  • 7.加入香油和鸡粉翻炒匀出锅即可
