午餐来一碗牛肉面,有肉有面太过瘾。

  • 1.准备辅料。
  • 2.锅中加水,将泡了3个小时的牛肉切成块放进锅里,里面加生姜片,大葱段,料酒和辣椒段。
  • 3.大火烧开,撇去浮沫,煮10分钟。
  • 4.捞出过温水将牛肉块洗干净。
  • 5.锅中加油,冰糖放进去小火炒出香油色。
  • 6.将牛肉块放进去炒至变色。
  • 7.加所有调料,生抽,老抽,料酒和蚝油翻炒均匀。
  • 8.加开水煮一个小时。
  • 9.一小时后加西红柿和豆腐(我喜欢卤豆腐)加盐在煮半小时,加少许鸡精搅拌均匀大火收汁。
  • 10.红烧牛肉做好了。
