  • 3..最后加入2勺食用油搅拌,腌制30分钟,加入油的目的是包裹着淀粉不流失,炒出来的牛肉不柴口感好。
  • 4.腌制的时间来做一个摆盘,黄瓜清洗干净,不用去皮,切掉头尾部,用水果刮刀刮出又长又薄的条。
  • 5.取一个长条从中间切断,依次折叠摆入盘中,如图。
  • 6.摆出一个花环的形状,这个摆盘做法简单,也很漂亮,黄瓜可以直接食用,搭配牛肉,解腻爽口。
  • 7.锅中放入适量的玉米油,把蒜瓣放进去炸香,记得中小火,蒜瓣变黄变软捞出来备用。
  • 8.直接倒入牛肉翻炒,炒到牛肉变色。
  • 9.加盐,白糖少许,2勺黑胡椒碎(不要用黑胡椒粉,黑胡椒碎口感更好)。
  • 10..把彩椒,蒜瓣放进去大火翻炒断生关火出锅。
