清蒸青口贝
清蒸青口贝,做法简单,原汁原味,是我很喜欢的做法。用了料酒、蒸鱼豉油,有去腥提鲜的作用。做法类似蒸鱼,很容易操作,没有加油,也算是道清淡的快手菜。

    Steps to make 清蒸青口贝

    • 1.原料备用。
    • 2.生姜切丝,葱切小段。
    • 3.取少量葱姜铺入盘底。
    • 4.青口解冻、洗净。
    • 5.摆入盘内。
    • 6.盐、料酒、蒸鱼豉油调成的汁。
    • 7.淋上调成的汁。
    • 8.撒上葱姜丝。
    • 9.锅开后入锅蒸。
    • 10.十分钟左右,青贝熟即可出锅。
