  • 1.培根切片
  • 2. 洋葱切丁,玉米粒和豌豆粒都是我煮熟冷冻在冰箱的,取出一点解冻备用
  • 3.发酵好的面包面团,擀成圆片。做面包特意留了一点面,给儿子做披萨
  • 4.放入煎锅中盖盖二次饧发15分钟,然后用叉子叉孔,
  • 5.涂上番茄酱
  • 6.铺上马苏里拉
  • 7.把培根铺上面
  • 8.豌豆、玉米和洋葱碎铺上
  • 9.表面再撒上一层马苏里拉。
  • 10.煎锅盖盖,小火煎12分钟左右,煎的过程不要打开盖子
  • 11.12分钟后打开,一款简单的披萨就做好了,只是这样煎的披萨,表面的马苏里拉没有烤的那种有焦黄的颜色,但吃起来还是很好吃的。
