寿司(最普通的海苔卷)
做了几次寿司,感觉不错的。很适合春季郊游吃的。

  • 薏米仁一勺
  • 黄瓜小半根
  • 鸡蛋两个
  • 白糖1茶匙
  • 白醋大半勺
  • 植物油一勺

Steps to make 寿司(最普通的海苔卷)

  • 1.用粳米半量杯(电饭锅赠的量杯),
  • 2.糯米少许,大概四分之一量杯
  • 3.薏米仁少许,大概一勺
  • 4.煮成饭后,用筷子挑松散凉一凉。
  • 5.选做寿司的海苔,可惜左边有个缺角了。下次买的时候要注意。
  • 6.坐锅热油大约一勺,将打匀的鸡蛋小火煎成很嫩的蛋皮
  • 7.鸡蛋蛋皮切成长条,黄瓜取一段用细盐搓一下外皮后切长条,猪肉脯用剪刀剪成细条,很硬的,细点后面容易切开。
  • 8.开始做寿司醋(我没有买到只能自己做了):一茶匙白糖放碗内
  • 9.把白醋加入到一茶匙白糖中,搅拌稀释。
  • 10.将寿司醋加入到饭中
  • 11.将食盐少许加到饭里,搅拌均匀
  • 12.竹帘上放海苔一张,铺上米饭,将饭由上至下均匀地铺开,留出一寸空的
  • 13.在铺好的米饭上放黄瓜、蛋皮和肉脯条
  • 14.顺势用竹帘将海苔卷起,卷紧
  • 15.全部的饭卷完可以卷四卷
  • 16.刀沾上凉开水防粘,可以使切口平整。切成自己喜欢的厚度。
  • 17.全部切好,除了八个边料(边切边吃掉了),全装入乐扣盒了,带走出发~
