天气转凉,烤红薯的小摊子开始在街角冒出来。每年秋冬季节,短暂的几个月里,街头总能闻到烤红薯的香味。
其实很多时候,喜欢一种食物,不因为它是什么美味佳肴。而是一种美好的记忆,不知道有多少人像我一样,记忆深处有这样一种小美食。虽然它登不了大雅之堂,但丝毫不影响对它的喜爱。对于它的喜爱,还因为它是一种能给人带来温暖的食物。寒冷的天气里,吃下一只热乎乎的红薯,能给人很大的满足感。
红薯应该选择新鲜的,体型均匀,个头不要太大,这样容易烤熟。在烤的过程后期,下边最好接一个接渣盘。因为烤红薯在烘烤过程中,会流出一些糖汁水,滴落在烤箱底部。根据红薯 大小调整烘烤时间表哦!
即使美味,一次也不要食用太多哦。

Steps to make 烤红薯

  • 1.原料备用。
  • 2.红薯刷洗干净,不用去皮。
  • 3.烤箱预热220度,40分钟,(视红薯大小,调整时间)把红薯放在中层的烤架上,下边放接渣盘。
  • 4.中间翻面两次,烤好后,用手捏,红薯内部已经很软,说明已经熟透。
