昨天坨坨爸他们单位分了几十斤鱼,拿回家的时候鱼已经不怎么新鲜了,如果用来做汤的话那汤也不会好喝,扔掉又太可惜,思来想去决定做个咖哩鱼头吧,重口味一般能掩盖掉腥臊味,所以家里有不太新鲜的鱼肉什么的,可以做麻辣红烧咖哩之类的,喜欢的朋友可以试试。

    Steps to make 咖喱鱼头

    • 1.生姜切丝,大蒜切末,西芹斜切成段,新鲜红朝天椒切圈,百梦多咖哩一盒。
    • 2.鱼头对剖去腮洗净。
    • 3.炒锅倒适量的油,烧至九成热,下入鱼头煎至两面金黄。
    • 4.将鱼头扒开,将姜蒜等作料下入稍煎。
    • 5.倒入半锅水,将咖哩分成小块下入,再加入少量的盐,两勺料酒,一大勺醋,大火烧开后,改小火闷煮10分钟。至汤汁浓稠,水分收至半干时,即可起锅装盘了。
