剁椒排骨蒸芋头
天气渐渐热起来了,厨房的油烟和热气是令很多主妇头痛的事,我也一样,虽然我喜欢做饭,但一样是不喜欢油烟味,所以经常会做些蒸菜给家人吃,这样既可以令厨房少了许多油烟味,而蒸的同时你还可以做点自已喜欢做的事,一举两得。

    Steps to make 剁椒排骨蒸芋头

    • 1.排骨洗净控水,加入料酒,盐,生抽拌匀。
    • 2.蒜头和豆豉切碎。
    • 3.爆香葱头和姜粒。
    • 4.倒入切好的蒜和豆豉,小火炒香,最后放入剁椒翻炒下。
    • 5.把炒好的调料倒入到排骨中腌制入味。
    • 6.买的小芋头。(这次买的小芋头很不错)
    • 7.去皮洗净切小块。
    • 8.把切好的芋头放入腌好的排骨中,翻拌匀。
    • 9.上开水锅中蒸40分钟左右。最快的就是把它放入高压锅中蒸15分钟就好,省事的话也可放入煮饭的电饭煲里蒸,在量不太多的情况下,芋头排骨切小块点,一般饭熟排骨也会熟。(我这次做的量有点多,所以只好单独蒸了。)
