营养照烧鸡饭
照烧鸡,双花,彩蔬笋丁豆腐拌饭,一顿简简单单的营养餐就是这么来的。放在饭盒里带饭也是不错的选择:)
这个饭做起来也很快,照烧鸡用炒菜锅煎,双花用小锅煮,拌饭用电饭煲蒸,互不冲突。我做的的时候三个基本同时做好,放在一起直接吃,呵呵。

Steps to make 营养照烧鸡饭

  • 1.鸡腿去骨切块,鸡皮用叉子扎一些孔,用少许盐,料酒,五香粉,酱油腌15分钟。
  • 2.生抽两勺,料酒一勺,蜂蜜一勺制成照烧汁。
  • 3.鸡肉下锅煎,煎的时候用铲子压一压,一面煎好再煎另一面。
  • 4.浇入调好的照烧汁,加一点水。
  • 5.汤汁不用收干,留一些拌饭:)
  • 6.豆腐切块。锅里水烧开,放一点盐,焯一下。笋切丁,备好彩蔬。
  • 7.锅里放米洗净,加入水,然后把水滗到另一个碗里。加入笋丁,彩蔬,豆腐,然后加一点生抽,蚝油和蒸鱼豉油拌一拌。
  • 8.把水倒回来,通电蒸饭。
  • 9.双花洗净,下锅焯熟。
  • 10.加入一些生抽,盐和黑胡椒粉调味。
  • 11.盛出米饭,放上双花,照烧鸡肉,浇上一些照烧鸡的汁,就可以吃了!
