俺家丫头的朋友从浙江给快递回来两箱的新鲜杨梅,不得不说的是,现在顺风快递真是快哦,晚上2点发的货,我早上8点就收到的,冰袋还是冻着的,杨梅好新鲜哦。在北方能吃到这么新鲜的杨梅很不易哦,虽然超市也有卖,但是新鲜度是大打折扣了,而且因为运输因素,都是选的成熟度低的,吃起来好酸哦。朋友发来的杨梅成熟度高,是甜中透一点酸的口感,我在我们这里真是没有吃到过这么甜的杨梅哩。发了2大箱,一下子吃不完,就用来做各种美食啦。自己研制的桂花糖搭配上新鲜的杨梅,桂花杨梅汤就新鲜出炉啦。再放冰箱冷藏一下,这炎炎夏日,和一碗酸酸甜甜还透着桂花香味的杨梅汤,呵呵,享受哦!

Steps to make 桂花杨梅汤

  • 1.孩子的朋友发来的新鲜杨梅,据说是很好的品种,很新鲜,成熟度也高
  • 2.带着冰袋的,非常的新鲜
  • 3.切开看看里面的果肉,红透透哦
  • 4.杨梅用清水冲洗后再用淡盐水浸泡10分钟左右,
  • 5.水开后放入杨梅
  • 6.放入冰糖,煮10分钟左右
  • 7.我用的太古的黄冰糖,这个冰糖味道更好些。
  • 8.煮好的杨梅汤
  • 9.晾凉,或者冰箱冷藏后再加糖桂花,这样桂花的香味能保留的更多
