  • 1.准备的材料:豆腐、梭子蟹
  • 2.将梭子蟹放在锅中,清水煮开
  • 3.将豆腐用刀拉成块状
  • 4.煮好的梭子蟹备用
  • 5.将梭子蟹用剪刀剪开4块
  • 6.去腮
  • 7.起油锅,将切好的豆腐放入锅中
  • 8.放入适量的生抽
  • 9.适量的清水
  • 10.放入梭子蟹煮开后,放些葱花,就好了
