港式蛋挞
蛋挞可谓是最讨喜的小甜点了,无论大人还是小孩,对它都情有独钟

第一次做的蛋挞处女作是葡式蛋挞,今儿个再来个港式蛋挞

其实吃起来貌似味道差不了多少哈,不过自己做真的是比买的实惠不少呢

做的过程中又加了几滴朗姆酒,去腥又提香,吃起来非常软嫩

不过好吃也不要贪口哈,容易长肉肉的

  • 蛋挞皮4个
  • 淡奶油16克
  • 纯净水65克
  • 白糖15克
  • 郎姆酒少许

Steps to make 港式蛋挞

  • 1.鸡蛋磕入容器内
  • 2.用筷子划散
  • 3.加入细砂糖
  • 4.将淡奶油倒入
  • 5.加入适量纯净水
  • 6.滴几滴朗姆酒
  • 7.全部搅拌均匀
  • 8.盖保鲜膜入冰箱冷藏1小时
  • 9.蛋挞皮摆入烤盘,烤箱200度预热
  • 10.冷藏好的挞水过滤入蛋挞皮
  • 11.倒至8分满,200度烤15分钟左右,至挞皮变焦,挞水鼓起即可
