    Steps to make 蒜苗回锅肉

    • 1.五花肉一条放入锅中煮15分钟
    • 2.放凉后将五花肉切成薄片
    • 3.姜切段、蒜苗切段、豆豉适量备用
    • 4.锅内热油后下五花肉小火煎至微黄色
    • 5.再加入姜段和豆豉小火炒香
    • 6.先加一勺豆瓣酱炒香出红油,再加适量生抽、老抽炒上色
    • 7.加入蒜苗的根部翻炒几下
    • 8.最后加入蒜叶大火炒几下,调入鸡粉
