蛋糕质地松软香甜是大多数人都会喜欢的味道,用蛋糕体来做甜甜圈,再蘸上一层巧克力酱,那味道更是美妙极了,看着也很养眼啊。而且不用烤箱还不会上火,真是太棒了。

  • 泡打粉4克
  • 玉米油60克

Steps to make 巧克力甜甜圈

  • 1.准备好所需要的食材,一一精准备称重备用。
  • 2.鸡蛋不需要蛋白和蛋黄分离,直接加入白糖全蛋打发。
  • 3.蛋液打发好后颜色会变浅,而且提起打蛋器,滴落下来的蛋液落在蛋液糊里久久不会消失。
  • 4.低筋面粉和泡打粉需要过筛后加入蛋液糊里,翻拌均匀后再加入玉米油,同样的手法翻拌均匀。
  • 5.将拌好的面糊装入裱花袋里,甜甜圈烤盘需要刷油防粘。
  • 6.然后将面糊小心地挤到甜甜圈烤盘上,不要挤得太多,与烤盘平齐就可以了。
  • 7.盖上盖子,时间选定5分钟,时间到打开盖子,甜甜圈就做好了。
  • 8.做好的甜甜圈需要晾一下,现在来准备巧克力,把巧克力放到一只空碗里,再放到装有热水的容器里,把巧克力隔水融化。
  • 9.取一个甜甜圈在巧克力液里蘸一下,然后取出晾着。
  • 10.再撒上少许的糖珠装饰一下,晾干后就可以密封保存了。
