自制羊肉泡馍
疫情宅家,除了吃,就是睡,冰箱还有一块羊肉,今天就做陕西羊肉泡馍,汤鲜味美,肉汁软烂,经济实惠比外面吃肉多的多。

  • 羊肉750g
  • 大葱半颗
  • 生姜1块
  • 面粉800g
  • 小葱2颗
  • 香菜2颗
  • 干辣椒6个
  • 料酒2勺
  • 香叶2片
  • 大香2个
  • 桂皮1块
  • 草果1个
  • 白芷少许
  • 2勺
  • 鸡精少许
  • 酵母粉5g
  • 白糖1小勺

Steps to make 自制羊肉泡馍

  • 1.冷冻的羊肉浸泡一晚上解冻去血水。
  • 2.放锅里加水,生姜,大葱和料酒烧开,撇去浮沫焯水五分钟捞出。
  • 3.将所有调料用纱布包起来用绳子绑起来做个调料包。
  • 4.准备葱姜干辣椒。
  • 5.焯过水的羊肉放进砂锅,将葱姜干辣椒放进去。
  • 6.调料包也放进去加开水,一次性加够大火烧开转中小火盖盖煮一个小时。
  • 7.一小时后加盐再煮四十分钟。
  • 8.面粉里加白糖,发酵粉将面揉成光滑的面团醒发。
  • 9.煮好的羊肉捞出晾凉(好切片)。
  • 10.面也发好了。
  • 11.面排气揉光搓条切成块。
  • 12.揉成包子状擀成片。
  • 13.电饼铛预热将擀好的饼放进去烙熟取出。
  • 14.香菜切末,小葱切成葱花,大蒜去皮洗干净,再准备有泼辣子。
  • 15.羊肉切片,里面加少许盐,胡椒粉和鸡精。
  • 16.加煮羊肉的汤,撒上葱花和香菜。
  • 17.看看肉烂汤美。
  • 18.再泡上刚烙的热馍,爱吃辣子的再放上油泼辣子就上大蒜撩咋啦。
  • 19.这是老公的是不是太香啦。
