  • 芝麻2克

Steps to make 韩式辣酱炒年糕

  • 1.准备好年糕450克
  • 2.用刀子把年糕切短,切细
  • 3.锅里入油,待油温上升,放入一根年糕试一下油温,如果年糕周围冒泡就代表可以放入其他年糕了
  • 4.放入其它年糕条,翻炒均匀,保证每根都能贴锅子煎上2分钟
  • 5.凉开水倒入锅里,水位以没过年糕2/3左右为宜,盖盖,大火焖煮2分钟
  • 6.倒入番茄沙司8克,翻拌均匀
  • 7.倒入韩式甜辣酱8克,翻拌均匀
  • 8.当汤汁浓稠时,即可出锅,最后撒上芝麻点缀即可
