  • 1.准备好所需材料
  • 2.再加入料酒、生抽、胡椒粉、盐、糖拌匀。
  • 3.糯米洗净煮熟晾凉备用,肉馅里加入切碎的香菇、胡萝卜、蒜姜末。
  • 4.打入鸡蛋拌匀。
  • 5.加入糯米饭,将糯米饭和肉馅拌匀备用
  • 6.手上蘸水,将馅料搓成圆子状。锅里适量油烧热,放入圆子油炸。
  • 7.炸至金黄色捞出。
  • 8.锅里留底油炒香葱姜,加圆子和适量水、酱油,煮至汤汁收稠即可。
