  • 5.继续保持中大火的状态,用勺子不断的朝同一个方向搅拌。大约3分钟后,转小火煮30分钟。 柚子妈叨叨:一定要顺着一个方向搅拌,这样粥才会浓稠。
  • 6.中途搅拌2,3次,防止粘锅底。 柚子妈叨叨:万一中途水量不够,一定要加开水。
  • 7.锅快好了,将油麦菜切碎。
  • 8.入锅,大火。
  • 9.搅拌,2分钟后加少许盐出锅。
