Steps to make 萌萌哒&小熊面包

  • 1. 新鲜菠菜洗净用热水烫软,然后榨出汁
  • 2.粉类过筛,所有材料除黄油外全部倒入搅面机搅拌至扩展阶段
  • 3. 加入软化的黄油继续揉
  • 4. 像这种能拉出一层薄膜
  • 5.揉好的面团室温发酵至原来体积的2倍大
  • 6.发酵好的面团取出排气,将面团分成一份400克左右,2份20克左右的3个面团,放入小熊模具,大面团为脸,2个小面团为耳朵
  • 7.放入烤箱调至“发酵”功能进行二发
  • 8.发酵好的面团放入预热好的烤箱倒数二层,上下火165度烤30~35分钟
  • 9.烤好的小熊面包脱模切片即可食用
  • 10.还可以融些黑巧克力给小熊画上萌萌哒表情哦
