【紫薯圆子汤】一抹淡紫一抹清新
  餐桌上很少出现紫色食物,即使有紫色的包菜紫色的茄子,烹熟后变成黑紫色,看起来也不那么美。
  尝试着将紫薯做天然的调色素,做出的食物倒是很漂亮,淡淡的紫淡淡的粉,孩子一看到就欢天喜地的叫。
  圆子本身就是大爱,看了紫色的圆子,更是喜欢。

    Steps to make 紫薯圆子汤

    • 1.  紫薯提前蒸熟,急用可以用微波炉叮熟或者切片更容易蒸透,准备糯米粉。
    • 2. 紫薯去皮作勺子压成泥,加一勺白糖,约两倍于紫薯量的糯米粉。
    • 3.加入适量的牛奶,因量不好把握,最好边加加用手团面团,成团后停止添加牛奶。
    • 4.将面团加湿布饧十分钟。
    • 5.做成小圆子。
    • 6.坐锅烧水,水开后转小火,下入圆子。注意了,这时可以往锅里挤几滴柠檬汁或者加几滴白醋,汤汁和圆子的颜色都会更好看。
    • 7.  煮至圆子浮起,
    • 8.倒入酒酿。
    • 9.淋入玻璃芡,加糖调味即可。
