广式腊味焖皖鱼
皖鱼(淡水四大家鱼之一草鱼)

  • 腊肠3颗
  • 腊肉1块
  • 西兰花5颗
  • 独蒜1颗
  • 料酒3匙
  • 蚝油1匙

Steps to make 广式腊味焖皖鱼

  • 1.材料:鱼腩一块切段,腊肠、腊肉、西兰花(可放可不放)、葱花姜丝、还有独蒜一粒(忘记拍了)。
  • 2.鱼块加生油、盐、胡椒粉腌制一下。
  • 3.腊肠腊肉西兰花飞水一下。
  • 4.腌制好的鱼块略煎一下就好。待用。
  • 5.煎完鱼的锅不用洗,放入姜蒜爆炒香,然后放入腊肠腊肉炒一下,放入适量的水。
  • 6.再放适量的料酒加盖煮开后。
  • 7.加入鱼块、适量的蚝油、盐、糖,加盖大火焖3分钟。
  • 8.加入葱花关火,成品。
