最近疯狂地爱上了蒜苗,嫩绿的叶子,看着就让人喜爱,做出来的菜清淡可口。我通常用它来炒鸡蛋、炒豆干,还有就是前一阵发的日志用它来包“馄饨”。

Steps to make 蒜苗炒鸡蛋

  • 1.将蒜苗切成段。
  • 2.将鸡蛋打散,倒入少许料酒搅拌均匀。
  • 3.锅中倒入多些油,倒入打散的鸡蛋,炒制8分熟,盛出备用。
  • 4.锅中留有底油放入花椒粉,再倒入蒜苗大火煸炒。
  • 5.最后倒入鸡蛋大火翻炒几下即可。
